If you have been reading my blog, you will know that I am explaining how to plan your life and set goals. So I have made this section to help hold be accountable for my own personal goals. So we can all share in the process and hopefully learn from each other and help each other along. So I am going to be posting my general progress on this blog. So here goes ...
My First Goal.
Well my first goal is in Health and Fitness. It is to be in the top 50 in the 20km races next year and to complete the 94.7 mountain bike challenge at the end of the year. How am I going to achieve this? Well I am going to start cycling 5km (about 3 miles for the international peeps) 3 times a week for the first week and then a long cycle on the Saturday. I will then progressively increase this value till I can do 10km (it might seem small but I am doing this in baby steps). So here is my first achievement.
