I am sure we have all been hearing about how we need set goals to achieve the things we want or need out of life. I am also sure, that like me, some of you are asking the question;
“Well how exactly do you set goals?”
Well I thought I would share this little tip with you, and help you on your way to limitless potential.
Once you know what you want, you need to follow some golden rules in writing down your goals. Most importantly, you need to WRITE them down. This may seem obvious, but you will be surprised how many people do not do this and sit there wondering why nothing is happening. Writing down your goals adds realism and a sense of commitment to your goals. So you asking;
“How or what must I write down?”
Well, you need to write your goals in the present tense, not “I will” or “I want”, but “I have” or “I am”. You MUST not use words like “No”, “Not” or “Don’t”. Try to use “I am” as much as possible and use as much emotional words like “Happily”, “Proudly” or “Excited”. Then you should always end your goals with;
“I choose to create all of this or something better”.
