Hmmm, not to sure what I meant by that title myself … but lets see where this takes us
.
Jokes aside, how much time do you spend thinking about today? Not much I am sure, lots of us (including me to be honest) spend the majority of our time reminiscing about the past or speculating about the future. And to make it worse, most, if not all, this thinking is negative! We keep thinking about what might have been or what could’ve or should’ve happened. We might worry ourselves sick over future events that MIGHT unfold. Or we might just wish it was the weekend (I know I do) and wish away a significant part of our lives.
The secret is to live in the present. Be grateful for the gift of the day that has been bestowed on you. Yesterday has been, tomorrow has not been written yet, live for today. If you find yourself in another time zone, remember … today is a gift, appreciate it, be grateful for it.
