Habits

Take a second to identify a habit that is resulting in some form of pain, either in relationships or lack of personal achievement. It could be fault-finding or insensitivity to other's feelings, not prioritizing or delegating, procrastinating or rebelling against authority. Realize that this bad habit is hindering your potential or harming your relationships.
Take a moment to think about an alternative habit which would result in improving the relationship or personal achievement. Start applying it as soon as you possibly can.
Affirmations:
Repeat a few times the new habit that you want to adopt to replace the destructive habit.
E.g. I co-operate even if I don't agree with everything.
Be all you can be.
